Greetings jerks! I'm Dan's Revenge. Been a fan of Dan Vs. since shortly after it's premier - however 'shortly' is. I didn't see it the night it premiered (1.1.11), but when I did first see it, I knew I needed more, and more I gave myself.
Dan Vs. quickly grew to become my #1 favorite active show. The writing was very different from other cartoon shows, especially given it was on a kids' network. It was kept mainly safe, but there was plenty of humor only adults/grown-ups may have likely gotten. I believe due to that, while still keeping it PG, it just did very well to glue my eyes to the tube without distractions.
I frequent Anime Superhero - formerly known as Toonzone, in which my username is the exact same there. It was because of Dan Vs. I ended up making a log-in there to keep up with the show, though can't recall how much so I actually did, as I had other interests which drew me in as well. It's not my original username though, as it was something unrelated to Dan before, but "Hub" was part of it. It's also not my first account either. I'd had another started in 2009 or 2010, but had since forgotten log-in info
I was sad to know Dan Vs. wouldn't be back for a Season 4, as a list of returning shows from an upfront didn't have Dan Vs. on it. 53 episodes though is pretty good anyway. I still hold out hope for a complete DVD/BR release in the future. I have S1 as a DVD release from Anchor Bay, but that's all they've done for it.
Given The Hub didn't have necessarily great treatment for Dan later on, and eventually taking it off, I'd end up having the series behind me so to speak. Even from the time I first saw it to whenever it last aired, I wasn't a 'super' fan or anything. I didn't watch a lot of repeats, especially near from around the time S3 was airing premiers plus after. Doesn't mean I don't miss it though!
Anyways. My name's not really Dan in real life, it's ######. I'm the tender age of ######. I like to do things, many things, such as doing things, many things. You can call me an adult if you want, but I'm more of an adult child. I'm 63% sure I'll never grow up. Not sure about the other 63%.
I don't necessarily like to get myself involved in watching a lot of new shows, as I enjoy time away from screens as well. There's a lot out there, but I don't have the desire to check everything out, even if it means I'd end up liking it.
What're some of the animated series I enjoy (not necessarily favorites either) in no particular order you didn't ask?
Not too many more I like (only a too many to count and think of) but I like others not listed
76 animated series I've seen but didn't care for?
