A Spanish lady on the Daria forum told me about this show, and I immediately loved it.(well, actually I saw one episode a ways back because of knowing better, but thats it)
You guys thoughts on House M.D.? I REAL liked the cast of characters, oozed with personality.
I remember seeing a couple of episodes one time with my sister when she was visiting at my house around, I believe last Thanksgiving. It kind of reminds of me of Law and Order in some ways but with doctors. I got to back on watching the series. But overall, it looks pretty good and interesting.

House M.D. is probably my all-time favorite live-action drama. I mean, honestly, if the exhilarating medical dilemmas weren't fun and exciting to watch, House himself was just on another level compared to any of protagonist on the air at the time, or even in current-day. Even ignoring him, though, the supporting cast was just as amazing, especially Wilson. He's the Chris to House's Dan; the opposite of House that allowed us to like him. Just think about it, without Wilson, House is just an arrogant, miserable jerk. With Wilson, though, he's dynamic. Their interactions often times bring out House's best and showing everyone that he isn't heartless. That same logic actually applies to Dan vs with the relationship between Dan and Chris. Just think how the show would be without Chris to control Dan. He'd be a sociopathic mad man causing chaos for the littlest reason without giving us any chance to see the better side of him.

House is a pretty good show. That being said, I'm glad medical dramas have dropped off in popularity, now if only crime dramas could do that too... House is the very definition of an 'insufferable genius' sadly, people with more ego than sense like to imagine themselves as that sort of person, and that leads to bad results.
Honestly, Scrubs which I consider one of the finest television comedies ever made really did a good job of deconstructing the medical drama as a genre and spoofing House and Grey's Anatomy in particular. If you're a big fan of House you owe it to yourself to at least check out the episode.
